Thank you for shopping with Minibu! Every planter is handcrafted with care and made in small batches. Unlike mass-produced products, each piece is individually finished and carefully inspected by hand to ensure it meets our quality standards before it is packed and shipped.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and packed within 2 business days, and in many cases, even sooner.

Before dispatch, every order is:

  • Carefully hand-inspected for quality.
  • Securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping

  • Free Shipping on all orders
  • Pan-India Delivery
  • Secure protective packaging
  • Order tracking for every shipment

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your package.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: Within 2 business days (often sooner)
  • Shipping Transit: 4–7 business days

Estimated total delivery time: 6–9 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Deliveries to remote locations or unforeseen courier delays may occasionally require additional time.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Other unforeseen logistical issues

We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

Minibu is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
  • Record a continuous unboxing video.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@minibu.in.

The unboxing video helps us verify the issue quickly and process replacements or refunds as efficiently as possible.
