At Minibu, every planter is handcrafted with care and carefully inspected by hand before it leaves our workshop. We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Show no signs of misuse, accidental damage, or modification by the customer.

Please do not return any product without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video while opening your package.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong product
  • Missing items or accessories

your request should include a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The shipping label
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The issue with the product

Providing an unboxing video allows us to verify claims quickly and process replacements or refunds much faster.

Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, except where required by applicable law.

Replacements

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Missing parts or accessories

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@minibu.in.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A continuous unboxing video

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Replacement requests may be declined if:

  • The issue cannot be reasonably verified.
  • The product shows signs of misuse or accidental damage.
  • The claim appears to be fraudulent or inconsistent with the evidence provided.

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for approved returns.

Please wait for our confirmation before sending any item back. We'll provide return instructions once your request has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, we'll either:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send a replacement product, where applicable and preferred.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled any time before they are fulfilled (shipped).

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • The product has been used.
  • The product has been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging.
  • Sufficient evidence of the reported issue cannot be provided.

Verification of Claims

To ensure a fair experience for all customers, Minibu reserves the right to:

  • Request additional photographs or videos.
  • Verify the condition of the returned product before approving a refund or replacement.
  • Decline claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the evidence provided, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
